- How do I create an account? Click on “Log In” and “Create an Account”. Fill in your basic details and click on “Submit”.
- 1. I cannot login to my account, help! Please key in the password that you have set during the account registration process. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" button, a new password will be sent to your email address.
- 2. I cannot see the ‘Log In’ link in my browser. In the event that you are not able to see the "Log In" button even when switching to different browsers, you can click here and log in to your account.
- 1.Things to note before applying the voucher codes:
- 2. My e-voucher cannot be applied, help! Please also ensure that your voucher codes are within the validity date. If you are unsure of your codes, or still face problems applying them, please write in to info@judevault.com for assistance.
- 3. How do I pay using my e-vouchers? The amount payable should have been offset by your e-vouchers according to the value of the codes. Should there still be any amount payable, please click on “Place Order” and you will be redirected to PayPal for the keying in of your credit card details.
- 1. Where can I download my digital MP3s?
Simply log in to your account and click on “My Downloadable Products” which is available on the left column of the page. Find the order number of your purchase and click on ‘Download’, a prompt window will pop up to enable you to save into specified folder
- 2. I cannot download my digital downloads, it is streaming instead of saving?
You might need to have your Quicktime player disabled.
3.If you are using Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools Menu and click on Add-ons
Click on Plugins on the right
Scroll down the list and disable QuickTime Plug-in 7.6
- 4. How do I save my digital MP3s?
Try using another browser to download the files; if you still face problems applying them, please write in to info@judevault.com for assistance.
5.The download tries have been used up and I am unable to download my MP3s successfully.
Please write in to info@judevault.com and we will reset your download tries.
Purchase I am an Attributes Get More member, but the discounted price is not reflected. Attributes membership is not applicable for JudeVault.

Voucher Usage
i. Enter only one code in the field “Discount Codes” and click on “Apply Coupon”; multiple codes cannot be applied in one payment.
ii. Do not cancel the transaction midway once the discount code has been applied. The system will register the code as ‘utilized’ once it has been applied.
4.If there is no remaining amount payable after applying the e-voucher code(s), click on “No payment required” and you will be able to checkout with the items you have purchased.
